Why not?? A few hours shouldn't be too difficult. And, there is siesta time "mesimeri" you can use for studying. And, I'm sure you have a few friends that may be interested in studying with you. It could be fun. Anyway, I really don't think you will have any trouble. I really think you can pass it - even now. You can start with some reading (there's a lot of good books) during your free time or before you fall asleep.

First of all, I'd like to say that my guess is that you have passed the exam and you have gotten over a 75%. As conc mistakes, I want to stress that small mistakes are unavoidable. We are all human and we all make mistakes, especially when we type or are under stress. As concerns syntax, the proud English don't even know their grammar well. I know the tests are tricky, but I really believe you have managed very well.
